“You wake up. The light flickers. The air tastes like metal and soup.”
CANNED is a slow, atmospheric survival micro-horror about collecting cans in a decaying underground bunker.
Each day, you scavenge, count, and deposit your precious canned “nutrition” into a humming fridge to earn another day of rest.
The lights never stop flickering. The walls whisper efficiency slogans.
The cans — well, they hum back sometimes.
🧠 What Awaits You
-
Collect to Survive
Cans are everything: food, currency, sanity. The more you find, the longer you live.
Miss your quota — and things get strange. -
Fear of Light
The brighter it gets, the faster your sanity slips.
Hide in the dark. Learn to love the hum. -
Voices in the Tin
Dynamic text events react to your state — calm, hungry, insane — and whisper strange fragments of thought. -
Absurd Corporate Logic
Sleep to “earn” another shift. Your monitor tracks survival efficiency. The fridge is your manager. -
Slow Madness
The bunker reshapes itself each morning. Posters change. Lights fail. You begin to forget how many cans you’ve eaten.

💬 Developer Note
CANNED started as a small experiment about monotony, isolation, and the way survival routines consume us.
It became a dark comedy about purpose — and soup.
